CIC Rejects Plea Seeking Details of PM Modi’s Passport Application - (06 Mar 2017)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has upheld CPIO’s refusal to provide to an RTI applicant copies of applications submitted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for obtaining his first passport and subsequent renewal or fresh applications for obtaining diplomatic passport.
