Delhi High Court: Non Payment of Prosecutor Fees Attracts Contempt Proceeding - (06 Mar 2017)

Delhi High Court has warned AAP Government with contempt proceedings for non-payment of fees to its public prosecutors since December 2015, despite court’s repeated orders for payment.
