Delhi High Court Gives Nod to Biocon, Mylan to Sell Biosimilar Cancer Drug - (06 Mar 2017)

Delhi High Court gave a green signal to pharmaceutical companies Biocon and Mylan to manufacture and sell its biosimilar drug Trastuzumab for early breast cancer and metastatic gastric cancer.
