Supreme Court Gives Nod to National Security Clause in MoP - (06 Mar 2017)

Supreme Court has MoP has incorporated National Security Clause that Centre had insisted on, ending 17-month judiciary-executive deadlock that held up appointment of several judges to High Courts.
