Bombay HC: Rules Mandating Knowledge of Marathi As Condition Precedent For Auto Permits ‘Illegal' - (02 Mar 2017)

Bombay High Court has held that condition mandating knowledge of Marathi for autorickshaw drivers to get permits is "completely illegal".
