Supreme Court: Our Orders on Police Reforms Have Fell On Deaf Ears - (02 Mar 2017)

Supreme Court while expressing displeasure on how its orders to usher in police reforms have fell on deaf ears over past several years, has remarked “Police reforms are going on and on. Nobody listens to our orders”.
