Bombay High Court: State Quota in Medical, Dental Colleges Not For Out of State Students - (01 Mar 2017)

Bombay High Court has held that children of Central Government employees, who are not posted in Maharashtra, cannot seek admission to medical and dental undergraduate courses under 85 per cent quota of seats reserved for state students.
