Bombay HC: Can Maharashtra Backward Classes Commission Decide Whether Marathas Are Backward? - (28 Feb 2017)

Bombay High Court has sought to know from a group of petitioners whether newly constituted Maharashtra Backward Classes Commission can decide if Maratha community was backward or not.
