Madras High Court Grants Pardon to Litigant Who Produced Fake Photograph - (15 Sep 2015)

Madras High Court has pardoned a daily wage labourer who filed habeas corpus petition on basis of a fake photograph showing him to be standing beside a woman whom he claimed to be his wife,on his prayer for mercy and promise that he would not repeat such mistakes in future.
