P&H HC Notices Defence Ministry Over Alimony in Matrimonial Dispute Involving Soldiers - (27 Feb 2017)

Punjab & Haryana High Court has issued a notice of motion to Ministry of Defence (MoD) on a petition by a serving army officer, Lt Col P Katal, for failure to effect orders of Defence Minister on rationalising grant of alimony to wives of serving defence personnel.
