Supreme Court: Interpretation of Documents & Examining Its Effect Involves Question of Law - (27 Feb 2017)

Supreme Court has observed that when a High Court is called upon to interpret documents and examine its effect, it involves questions of law and it is obligatory upon High Court to decide such questions on merits.
