Gujarat HC Stays Trial Against Ex-Minister Sanghani in Rs 440-Crore Fisheries Scam - (15 Sep 2015)

Gujarat High Court has stayed corruption case trial against former minister Dilip Sanghani which was being heard by an anti-corruption court in Gandhinagar, alleging involvement of Sanghani and six others in Rs 440-crore fisheries scam.
