RBI Cancels Sahara's NBFC Licence for Flouting Know-Your-Customer Norms - (15 Sep 2015)

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled licence of Sahara India Financial Corporation Ltd (SIFCL), Sahara group’s Non-Banking Financial Co.(NBFC), effective September 3, as SIFCL had continuously flouted know-your-customer, asset-liability management and investments norms.
