Delhi High Court Refuses to Stay Summon to Fox Star Studios in Defamation Case - (22 Feb 2017)

Delhi High Court has refused to stay summons issued by a Trial Court against Jolly LLB 2’s producers Fox Star Studios with regards to defamation case filed by Bata footwear company which was aggrieved by dialogue “Bata ka joota” in the film.
