Delhi High Court Stays CIC Direction to CBSE Allowing Inspection of Irani’s School Record - (22 Feb 2017)

Delhi High Court has stayed a Central Information Commission (CIC) direction to CBSE to allow inspection of Class 10 and 12 school records of Union Minister Smriti Irani.
