SC Seeks Reply on Plea Seeking Setting Up of Separate Pay Commission for Judges - (15 Sep 2015)

Supreme Court has issued notice to Centre, State and Registrar General of all high courts on a petition filed by All India Judges Association, seeking setting up of separate pay commission for approximate 18,000 subordinate court judges in country.
