Delhi HC Orders ISPs to Hand Over Mailer Details to Tatas - (17 Feb 2017)

Delhi High Court has asked three Internet Service Providers (ISP) from whose IP addresses e-mails containing defamatory and threatening content were sent to senior officials of Tata Sons, to hand over mailer details to company.
