Gujarat High Court Rejects Plea to Quash OSA Charges For Filming RIL Installation - (16 Feb 2017)

Gujarat High Court has refused to quash charges under Official Secret Act (OSA) against son of Former Minister, for recording and publishing on internet videos of installations of Reliance Industries Limited on Jamnagar coast.
