Bombay HC: Fair Price Shops Not Duty Bound to Collect Data on Ration Card Holders - (14 Feb 2017)

Bombay High Court, while granting relief to fair price shopkeepers, has ruled that is was not their duty to collect data on ration card holders before selling kerosene and food grains.
