Bombay HC Quashes Government's Decision of Releasing Two TMC Dam Water for Shahi Snans at Kumbh - (15 Sep 2015)

Bombay High Court has quashed Maharashtra Government's decision of releasing two TMC (thousand million cubic) dam water for shahi snans at Kumbh Mela in Nashik, terming it as "illegal" and asked government to rethink its decision before next shahi snan (royal bath) on September 18.
