Bombay HC Refuses to Withdraw Restraint on Cutting Off Trees For Metro 3 - (13 Feb 2017)

Bombay High Court has said that it would not withdraw restraint on cutting off trees for metro-3 line unless authorities convince bench that they have been following provisions of Protection and Preservation of Trees Act scrupulously.
