Delhi High Court Slams DDA over Delay in Allotting Plots - (14 Sep 2015)

Delhi High Court has slammed Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for a 34-year-long delay in allotting plots to applicants by the DDA. The court has also issued notice seeking reply from DDA to justify its recent decision to hike per square meter rate for MIG, LIG and economically weaker section allottees.
