Bombay HC: Railways Duty Bound to Make Facilities Disabled Friendly - (10 Feb 2017)

Bombay High Court has said that Railways was duty-bound to provide facilities for differently-abled passengers and suggested a separate budgetary allocation for making existing infrastructure better.
