Supreme Court: Brother of Married Sister Cannot Claim Over Assets Inherited From Her Husband - (10 Feb 2017)

Supreme Court has ruled that a woman's brother could neither be part of his sister's matrimonial family nor claim right over property inherited by his sister from her husband.
