Bombay HC: Rallies & Morchas Are Inherent Part of Democracy - (09 Feb 2017)

Bombay High Court, while observing that public rallies and morchas cannot be banned as they are an inherent part of democracy, has ordered Maharashtra Government to bring a policy to regulate them so that they do not cause any hindrance to common people.
