NGT Imposes 25 Lakh Fine on Oil Company For Green Norms Violation - (07 Feb 2017)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has imposed a penalty of Rs 25 lakh on an oil firm KTV Oil Private Ltd under “polluter pays” principle for violating environmental norms.
