Delhi HC: Office of Advocate General Not A ‘Public Authority’ Under RTI - (06 Feb 2017)

Delhi High Court has held that Office of Attorney General of India is not a "public authority" as defined under Right to Information Act, since AG's "predominant function" is to give advice on legal matters to Government.
