Bombay High Court Rejects Plea to Suspend Conviction of NCPS Poll Aspirant - (06 Feb 2017)

Bombay High Court has refused to suspend conviction of a Pune-based NCP member in an attempt to murder case, to allow him to file nomination for upcoming Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation election.
