Delhi HC Struck Down CBSE’s Selective Re-evaluation Policy - (06 Feb 2017)

Delhi High Court has struck down Central Board of Secondary Education's (CBSE) selective re-evaluation policy that restricted students from availing option in just 10 subjects and 10 questions per subject.
