Supreme Court Directs Nirbhaya Convicts to File Affidavit on Plea For Commutation - (06 Feb 2017)

Supreme Court has asked four death row convicts in Nirbhaya rape-cum-murder case to file affidavits pointing out mitigating circumstances which could be considered while deciding quantum of sentence.
