Bombay HC Dismisses Plea Contending that Appeals of Celebrities are Heard on Priority Basis - (14 Sep 2015)

Bombay HC has dismissed petition filed by convict contending that appeals of celebrities are heard on prority basis, stating that such discretion is exercised by concerned court depending on facts and circumstances of each case and this discretion cant be taken away in exercise of writ jurisdiction.
