Calcutta High Court Seeks Reply on Outdoor Advertising Policy in West Bengal - (14 Sep 2015)

Calcutta HC on PIL by Ascent Welfare Organization seeking order against back-to-back advertisement on windshields of AC buses owned by state transport corporations, causing a threat of road accidents, has directed State Govt. to file affidavit stating if it has outdoor advertising policy or not.
