Madras HC Trashes Plea Seeking Ban on PeTA - (03 Feb 2017)

Madras High Court has trashed a plea seeking a ban on animal rights organisation, People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PeTA), saying that PIL was a 'misadventure' filed in present context for sake of 'publicity' as PeTA has been opposing Jallikattu.
