Govt: Certificate of Incorporation Shall Mention Company’s PAN Number - (31 Jan 2017)

Central Government has notified Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2017 which came into force on 30.01.2017 that mandates to mention Company’s PAN Number in its Certificate of Incorporation.
