Rajasthan High Court Stays Self-Styled Godman Asaram Case Hearing in Jail - (14 Sep 2015)

Rajasthan High Court has stayed its own notification issued in regard to hearing of rape case against self-styled godman Asaram in Jodhpur jail only, on a plea challenging High Court notification, terming it as illegal and bad.
