Bombay HC Rejects Plea Over Razing Aarey Colony’s Green Cover For Metro Phase III - (31 Jan 2017)

Bombay High Court has dismissed a petition raising concerns over razing of 33 hectares of Aarey Colony’s green cover situated in a No Development Zone (NDZ) to construct a Metro car shed.
