Supreme Court Cancels Wrongful Suspension of Woman Police Officer - (14 Sep 2015)

Supreme Court has dismissed appeal by Tamil Nadu Government against an order that said Tamil Nadu Government had "wrongfully suspended" Ms Sathiya Priya (the first woman officer from Tamil Nadu to take part in the UN mission) and gave relief to her against such wrongful suspension.
