Supreme Court Refuses To Entertain Plea Against Disclosure of Income Sources by Poll Candidates - (30 Jan 2017)

Supreme Court has refused to hear petition filed by Lucknow-based NGO Lok Prahari seeking disclosure of sources of income by candidates for Parliamentary and Assembly Elections.
