CCI Clears Reliance Aerostructure- Dassault Aviation Joint Venture Deal - (30 Jan 2017)

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved proposed joint venture between Anil Ambani-led group firm Reliance Aerostructure and Rafale-maker Dassault Aviation, one of major deals in India's private defence industry.
