Delhi HC: “Should Rape Crisis Cells Be Closed” - (25 Jan 2017)

Delhi High Court has asked Lieutenant Governor that ‘Should Rape Crisis Cells run by Delhi Commission for Women be closed down?’, in light of his claim that staffers manning the cells have been appointed illegally.
