Delhi HC Directs Former Ranbaxy Promoters to Protect Daiichi’s Interest - (24 Jan 2017)

Delhi High Court has directed Former Ranbaxy Promoters Malvinder and Shivinder Singh to abide by their assurance to protect interests of Japanese drugmaker Daiichi Sankyo and that any sale of assets by them cannot take place without first informing Court.
