Delhi HC: Baijal Can Review Order to Repatriate Bureaucrat - (23 Jan 2017)

Delhi High Court has said that decision of Former Lieutenant-Governor Najeeb Jung to repatriate bureaucrat be placed before his successor Anil Baijal, who may wish to review the order.
