Madras High Court: ‘Katta Panchayats’ Subverts Judicial Process - (20 Jan 2017)

Madras High Court, while holding that 'katta Panchayats' (Kangaroo Courts) subverted judicial process, has warned it will frame guidelines if State Government did not enact promised special law soon.
