Bombay HC Reverses Collector’s Decision to Seal Cambata Building to Recover Labour Dues - (20 Jan 2017)

Bombay High Court has reversed City Collector’s move to seal Churchgate's Cambata Building, which houses iconic Eros cinema to recover labour dues and questioned State Government on how such action could be taken.
