P&H High Court: Circumstances Point Towards Rape in Murthal During Jat Agitation - (20 Jan 2017)

Punjab & Haryana High Court has observed that statements of some witnesses and recovery of women's undergarments indicate that rapes had taken place at Murthal during Jat quota protests in February 2016.
