Delhi High Court Terms AAP Govt Proximity Rules ‘Unconstitutional’ - (20 Jan 2017)

Delhi High Court has termed “unconstitutional” AAP Government’s guidelines to Minority Unaided Schools to grant admission to minority community students only from neighborhood or from within a radius of 1 km.
