Patna HC Notices Bihar Govt Over Proposed Human Chain Programme - (19 Jan 2017)

Patna High Court has directed Bihar Government to reply on school children being roped in for proposed human chain programme in support of prohibition on liquor and under what provision it has decided to stop traffic on national and state highways for it.
