Bombay HC Drops Contempt Case Against BMC Commissioner - (19 Jan 2017)

Bombay High Court has dropped contempt proceedings against Municipal Commissioner Ajoy Mehta taking note that orders sanctioning and regularising illegal constructions made by a corporator's husband have been revoked.
