Delhi HC Directs Drug Controller to Expeditiously Decide TB Patient’s Plea to Import New Drug - (19 Jan 2017)

Delhi High Court has asked Drug Controller to expeditiously decide application on behalf of a 18-year-old girl, suffering from a drug resistant form of TB, to import a new drug which is one of two optional medications to treat her disease.
