Kerala HC: Right to Consume Alcohol is a Not Fundamental Right - (18 Jan 2017)

Kerala High Court has dismissed a challenge against Government’s Liquor Policy, observing that laws prohibiting alcoholic drinks will not fall foul of fundamental rights guaranteed to a citizen.
